Depending on item bought I ship items in 24 Hours to a max of 7 days out.
On average in 2 to 3 days. I provide confirmation or tracking numbers USPS or UPS once in a while Fed X. You will be told which method was used to ship. Sterling Silver items may be insured at your request. Wrong item sent return it and you recieve Full refund on original item. Payment is by Paypal or Credit cards accepted by Paypal
If broken you must prove with pictures or by returning item and then you will recieve full refund or replacement if available.
